The 1-8x24 PM II ShortDot CC is the newest member of the ShortDot line and a particular highlight as well, as it integrates a true red dot sight with the patented CC mode into one riflescope. Simply turn the magnification adjustment beyond the soft click at 1.1x to "CC", and the system becomes parallax-free with 1x magnification for near distances of 7-10 m. The bright red dot in the second focal plane then serves as the basic reticle, while the fine CQB2 reticle is available at larger magnifications for tactical use. Since the scope is primarily used on assault rifles, it is short and light. In addition, the elevation and side turrets have a locking function to prevent unintentional adjustment during transport.
